Terms of Use
The rules for using PartyCall, written to be read.
1. Scope
PartyCall is a communication platform for voice, video, screen sharing, and messages, organized into communities and rooms. These Terms govern use of the service, whether in the browser or in the Windows app.
The service is operated by legal name to be defined, CNPJ to be defined, based inaddress to be defined, referred to from here on simply as PartyCall.
By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Sign-up and minimum age
To use PartyCall you need to be at leastto be defined full years. When you sign up you declare that you are that age, and that declaration is a condition of the contract.
If we identify that an account belongs to someone below the minimum age, the account will be closed and the data handled under the Privacy Policy. If you are responsible for someone who created an account below that age, write tochannel being defined and we act.
Sign-up asks for email, display name, and password. We do not ask for a phone, CPF, or date of birth.
3. Account and responsibility for access
- The account is personal and cannot be transferred.
- You are responsible for keeping your password and for what happens on your account.
- If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password and tell us.
- You can close the account whenever you want, from the app itself.
4. Prohibited conduct
When using PartyCall, you may not:
- harass, threaten, discriminate, or use hate speech, or encourage others to do so;
- publish sexual content involving minors, in any form, which results in an immediate ban and a report to the authorities;
- share someone else's personal data without permission;
- use the service for fraud, scams, or distributing malware;
- violate someone else's copyright or trademark;
- try to get around technical limits, permissions, or security mechanisms;
- automate use of the service in a way that degrades it for other people;
- resell or sublicense access without written authorization.
The Community Guidelines spell out these rules in plain language and are part of these Terms.
5. User content
The content you create remains yours. We do not claim ownership of your messages, your voice, your image, or what you share.
So we can operate the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, free license to store, transmit, and display that content to the people it is meant for. That license exists only for the service to work and ends when the content is deleted, except for what we must keep under a legal obligation.
PartyCall does not record calls. There is no audio or video recording in the service. Text messages are stored so that someone who arrives later can read the history.
6. Moderation and sanctions
Each community has its own administrators, who moderate what happens inside it: mute, kick, ban, and restrict rooms. PartyCall can also act directly when these Terms or the law are violated.
The possible sanctions, in rising order:
- removal of the content;
- temporary mute;
- account suspension;
- permanent closure of the account.
Sanctions we apply are told to the account holder, with the reason, and can be contested through the channel described in theGuidelines.
7. Plans and billing
Today PartyCall is free: there is no paid plan or billing, and we do not ask for a card. If paid plans ever exist, the rules for signing up, renewal, cancellation and the 7-day right of withdrawal under Brazil's Consumer Protection Code will be published here beforehand, and nobody will be charged without expressly signing up.
8. Suspension and closure
We may suspend or end access in case of a violation of these Terms, a court order, or a concrete risk to the safety of other people or of the service. Whenever we can, we tell you first.
You can close your account at any time. What happens to your data in that case is described in thePrivacy Policy.
9. Availability
We work to keep the service up, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. There may be maintenance, failure of third-party infrastructure, or downtime outside our control. Service updates may interrupt chat, presence, and room switching for a few seconds.
10. Limitation of liability
Within the limits allowed by Brazilian law, PartyCall is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or loss of data arising from use of the service.
Nothing in this clause sets aside rights the Consumer Protection Code gives to someone who uses the service as a consumer, nor liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence.
We are not responsible for content published by users, under the Marco Civil da Internet, and we are liable only after a specific court order to remove it, except where the law itself waives the order.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms. Material changes are announced at least deadline to be defined in advance, inside the app and by email, and we ask you to accept again before you keep using it.
Earlier versions stay available for reference, with the date each one was in effect.
12. Applicable law and venue
These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of the judicial district of to be defined, without limiting the consumer's right to sue in the courts of their home.

When there is a material change, we give notice in advance inside the app and by email, and we ask you to accept again.
